Concernstipated Women Of America: The Gays Are Coming After Our Children

The Concernstipated Women of America have joined NOM in trumpeting this Queerty post as a huge "SEE? They admit they want our children!!!" moment.
A recent Queerty blog entry written by Daniel Villarreal, admits that the “gay activists” actually do want to indoctrinate America’s children. Villarreal wrote, “We want educators to teach future generations of children to accept queer sexuality. In fact, our very future depends on it.” He bragged that their agenda was even broader than mere indoctrination, “I and a lot of other people want to indoctrinate, recruit, teach, and expose children to queer sexuality AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT” (emphasis Villarreal’s). So, there is nothing wrong, in his view, with vulgarities and crudities in talking about sex or with graphically depicting homosexual sex to children as young as pre-school. The “rights” and goals of these adults supersede concerns about the well-being of children. In fact, our nation’s children are nothing more than fodder in their gay activist campaign.

Concerned Women Are Concernstipated About The It Gets Better Project

"Thank you for cleaning up the Viagra commercials Fox, but PLEASE what’s with the new tolerance for homosexuals campaign disguised as anti-bullying? Bullying is wrong. It is wrong for any reason. Apparently, American Idol with the help of Woody from Disney’s Toy Story, thinks that my 4th grader needs to be fully aware of the plight of teens who view themselves as 'gay.' I am sorry, but he doesn’t even know about heterosexual sex yet. Can you give me some room here? I am ticked because I feel tricked. Fox blew it last night. The point is parents felt secure in allowing our entire families watch this show. They lured us into a false sense of security and broke trust with us last night." - Concerned Women president Penny Nance, angry about this week's airing of Google's It Gets Better ad during American Idol.

Concerned Women Are Concernstipated About King & Spalding's "Cowardice"

The Concerned Women for America have bestowed their first ever "Cave, Man" award on King & Spalding chairman Robert Hays.
Yes, the firm which boldly defended Guantanamo Bay detainees apparently finds it inconceivable to defend the American people and federal law. They had no problem treating pro-lifers as mobsters, as they argued in Scheidler v. National Organization of Women, but to defend the traditional definition of marriage is apparently beyond the pale. Their "process" for that "was inadequate"!

Concerned Women Are Concernstipated About 80s Pop Stars Getting Married

Or so it would seem from their bizarre image accompanying this message:
So, just like any other despot, Obama decided unilaterally to make the decision for all of us ignorant Americans who support DOMA, and we should be grateful. Shame on him. And shame on us if we just stand by silently and take it. We should not! We must speak out. Truthfully, we have been too silent for far too long. President Obama and Mr. Holder have been actively working against DOMA and, therefore, against all Americans ever since they took office. Even on the cases where they decided to “defend” DOMA, they were actually undermining its reasoning by abandoning the most effective arguments.

DOJ’s mission statement says it is “...to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans.” But President Obama and the attorney general have made a mockery of impartiality. They have chosen to side with an extreme, liberal minority and chose to suppress the rights of the majority of Americans. Simply put, if you support DOMA, this president and his administration view you as the enemy who does not deserve the same protections other Americans enjoy. We are on our own.

CPAC 2011 Boycott Grows Over Event Sponsorship By GOProud

The Family Research Council and Concerned Women for America have joined the growing list of anti-gay hate groups boycotting CPAC 2011 over the planned presence of GOProud, who are listed as a sponsor of next year's event. Right Wing Watch reports:
In November, the far-right American Principles Project instigated the CPAC boycott over GOProud’s involvement back in November, and groups such as American Values, Capital Research Center, the Center for Military Readiness, Liberty Counsel, Liberty University, and the National Organization for Marriage followed the APP’s lead in boycotting the conference. Today, WorldNetDaily, which has provided support for the boycott movement, reports that the Family Research Council and Concerned Women For America have decided to boycott CPAC. FRC and CWA are easily the largest groups to join the boycott movement, and FRC hosts a similar conference that is geared to Religious Right activists, the Values Voter Summit.
Porno Pete LaBarbara celebrates: "It is gratifying to see FRC and CWA respond appropriately to CPAC's moral sellout of allowing GOProud as a sponsor. By bringing in GOProud, CPAC was effectively saying moral opposition to homosexuality is no longer welcome in the conservative movement."

Family Research Council Calls For Hate Group Solidarity Against Filthy Queers

Over at Good As You, activist Jeremy Hooper has somehow uncovered a not-yet issued press release from the Family Research Council in which they call for the nation's anti-gay hate groups to stand in solidarity against the Southern Poverty Law Center's designations of anti-gay hate groups.

In today's second death-of-irony alert, the document is titled Start Debating: Stop Hating. Because according to the Family Research Council, we are the haters in this game.

The surest sign one is losing a debate is to resort to character assassination. The Southern Poverty Law Center, a liberal fundraising machine whose tactics have been condemned by observers across the political spectrum, is doing just that.

The group, which was once known for combating racial bigotry, is now attacking several groups that uphold Judeo-Christian moral views, including marriage as the union of a man and a woman. How does the SPLC attack? By labeling its opponents “hate groups.” No discussion. No consideration of the issues. No engagement. No debate

These type of slanderous tactics have been used against voters who signed petitions and voted for marriage amendments in all thirty states that have considered them, as well as against the millions of Americans who identify with the Tea Party movement. Some on the Left have even impugned the Manhattan Declaration-which upholds the sanctity of life, the value of traditional marriage and the fundamental right of religious freedom-as an anti-gay document and have forced its removal from general communications networks.

This is intolerance pure and simple. Elements of the radical Left are trying to shut down informed discussion of policy issues that are being considered by Congress, legislatures, and the courts. Tell the radical Left it is time to stop spreading hateful rhetoric attacking individuals and organizations merely for expressing ideas with which they disagree. Our debates can and must remain civil - but they must never be suppressed through personal assaults that aim only to malign an opponents character.

You can take action by adding your name to the following statement:

We, the undersigned, stand in solidarity with Family Research Council, American Family Association, Concerned Women of America, National Organization for Marriage, Liberty Counsel and other pro-family organizations that are working to protect and promote natural marriage and family. We support the vigorous but responsible exercise of the First Amendment rights of free speech and religious liberty that are the birthright of all Americans.
Over at Right Wing Watch, People For The American Way reminds us exactly who the haters are with a link farm to recent statements by the above-listed groups.

Concerned Women Are Concernstipated About Being Labeled Haters By SPLC

"The SPLC began as a civil rights organization in the 1960s, but has been marginalized by 'gay rights' organizations. They no longer simply focus on the noble cause of fighting racism and have, instead, become another tool for the left. This time, the SPLC has taken their liberal propaganda too far. By demonizing traditional family groups that support traditional marriage, they just put a huge portion of the African-American community in California in the same category with the rest us so-called bigots.

"According to an Associated Press exit poll, 70 percent of African-Americans in California (virtually all of whom voted for Barack Obama) also voted for Prop 8 and in support of traditional marriage in 2008. The very people the SPLC supposedly seeks to protect from bigotry and 'hate crimes' are heavily in favor of the very institution that the SPLC is fighting against." - Botox addict and CWA president Penny Nance.

FACT CHECK: Good As You's Jeremy Hooper points out that CWA has actually not been added to the list of hate groups by the SPLC, they are merely listed as "anti-gay." Hooper also notes that merely being opposed to marriage equality is not, by the SPLC's standards, enough to be considered a hate group.

BITCH FIGHT: Teabaggers Vs. GOProud Vs. Concerned Women For America

Does not! Does too! Nuh uh! Yeah huh! The founder of Tea Party Nation, GOProud's Chris Barron, and the botoxed death mask of Penny Nance form a hilarious circular firing squad over who is more teabaggery. Wheel out the clown car, cuz we got us a circus! Hey Penny, "encrouchment"? Really?

GOProud Vs. Concerned Women

As part of their hilarious campaign of asking the anti-gay teabaggers they endorsed to not be so darn anti-gay, yesterday GOProud's Jimmy LaSalvia battled Wendy Wright from Concerned Women for America, who shot holes in LaSalvia's argument.

GOPRoud Has The Concerned Women Extremely Concernstipated

"Social issues should be at the very top of the list of priorities for the new Congress, along with sensible fiscal policies. Americans voted overwhelmingly for both social and fiscal conservatives, and it would be unwise to throw social policies to the wayside and snub the voters who sent a strong message to the new Congress that they want both pro-life and fiscally conservative policies. In our post-election poll, when asked to name the biggest issue facing future generations, 62 percent of voters said it is the moral decline of our nation." - Concerned Women for America head shrew and botox addict Penny Nance, responding to GOProud's hilarious request that anti-gay teabaggers not be so damned anti-gay.

GOProud's Chris Barron tweets back that anything the government funds IS a spending issue, not a social issue. Well, that nicely broadens the ways for GOProud to be anti-gay and anti-women, doesn't it?

Concerned Women Are Concernstipated About That DADT Ruling

"It should not be activist judges who determine what is best for our troops. This judge's ruling shows a blatant disregard for Congress and the military. It should only be at the discretion of Congress and those in military positions who are trained and competent to decide what is in the best interest of the military and what regulations are best for the readiness of our troops." - Penny Nance, plastic surgery addict and CEO for Concerned Women for America.

Concerned Women Are Concernified About God Recalling Defective Homosexuals

Concerned Women for America's Tamara Scott at NOM's Hate Tour in Des Moines: "I'd rather have man mad at me than be a stench in the nostrils of God Almighty." Because God just might recall all those defective homosexuals, just like Toyota did for cars with faulty brakes. Or something.
