Dancing With The Witches

Christine O'Donnell has been invited to be a contestant on the coming season of Dancing With The Stars.
"I just got the Official 'Ask' from Dancing With The Stars!" the Republican wrote on the social networking site, although she remains undecided. Her thoughts: "Although I am utterly flattered, my initial thought was to decline, as 2 year old nephew has more rhythm than me, and my two left feet!!" O'Donnell then turned the floor over to her Facebook followers, who weighed in on the pros and cons.
The show's producers will announce the complete 2011 cast on Monday.

No Same-Sex Couples For DWTS

The producers of Dancing With The Stars have decided that "America isn't quite ready" to see a same-sex couple compete on the show. The decision comes after Portia de Rossi declined an invitation to be the show's first contestant to dance in a same-sex pair.
"If Portia had agreed then this would have been a done deal," an ABC insider tells me. "She was the only star that could have pulled this off without completely offending the program's conservative viewers." But since the 'Arrested Development' beauty has rejected their offer, producers have decided to wait a few years and "not rush into creating a same-sex dancing couple just to get attention and publicity." The show has a soft spot for stunt casting -- Kate Gosselin, Florence Henderson, Bristol Palin, anyone? -- but isn't yet ready to invite on a same-sex couple. The last time a contestant did anything remotely gay -- Margaret Cho's rainbow dress -- she was promptly dumped by viewers.
Last week the same-sex couple on Israel's version of the show was eliminated.

Sarah Palin: Put The Witch On DWTS

Backstage sources are snitching that while she visited her daughter on the set of Dancing With The Stars, Sarah Palin lobbied producers to cast Christine O'Donnell for next year's season.
An executive at ABC reportedly signaled that O'Donnell taking to the dancing floor might be an idea worth considering. The network insider also took a shot at the conservative favorite's infamous "I'm not a witch" campaign ad, which she released during her general election fight against now-Democratic Senator-elect Chris Coons. "O'Donnell would fit right in," said the source to PopEater. "She certainly would be so controversial that the amount of press attention and buzz the show would get would be huge. Plus, you know they would make her dance in a witch's hat with a broomstick."
On the same day of Palin's reported push, O'Donnell tweeted a plea for votes for Bristol. Not a coincidence, we're betting. Quid pro quo, Clarice.

Jennifer Grey Wins DWTS

And as everyone in the world with a computer knows by now, Bristol Palin came in third. Confession: I'd been secretly hoping that Bristol would win. You know why. Snork! Anyway, homocon Tammy Bruce went all Lady Miss Sour Grapes on Twitter once Bristol was eliminated.Bruce followed up that bit with this: "While LibProgs were obsessing on #dwts...Ohio judge allows third healthcare reform challenge to go forward. Bwahahaha!" Uh, I think the person organizing "Operation Bristol" was the obsessive party here, Miss Kapo USA.

In other reactions, GOProud's Chris Barron warned: "There are no judges scores in elections. Just saying :)" And Sarah Palin tweeted this: "Well, what a great ride! Competition is good for everyone.Be inspired by those who step up to challenges & improve w/each step; Congrats Jen!"

So far, nothing but silence from Kevin DuJan. Poor baby.

Tweet Of The Day - Tammy Bruce

Homocon radio host and GOProud board member Tammy Bruce has announced an all-out version of "Operation Bristol" to pay back the Democrats she claims mailed Briston Palin a package of talcum powder. Bruce: "If you don't have ATT phone get a friend who does & use their phone to text vote; vote online, call, & email. Go all out! Show the threatening, unhinged libprogs they will not succeed! A vote for Bristol is also a vote against hate."

CNN On DWTS Teabagger Cheating

Jeannie Moos edited out 99% of Kevin DuJan's dumbass and racist commentary, which is really too bad in a way. Note how DuJan sent them a photo from a previous century.

HomoConQuotable - Kevin DuJan

"Okay, just taped a phone segment with Jeannie Something or Another on the phone…it’s going to air during [CNN's] Situation Room. I have no idea how they are going to edit it, so I assume they are going to try to make me sound stupid, but whatever. The reporter kept telling me how unfair it is that I’m encouraging people to vote for Bristol 50-60, or 10,000 times. I told her that it’s funny whenever the Left talks about voting being unfair regarding anything, considering the rampant voter fraud Democrats engage in on a daily basis, particularly the Obama campaign in 2008.

"I talked about the voter fraud in Iowa, the Black Panthers in Philly, and all the George Soros Secretaries of State projects where the goal is to allow criminals, illegals, and the dead to vote for Democrats. So, the Left gets mad at me for encouraging voting for Bristol on Dancing, but they don’t care at all about voter fraud in our actual elections…they think it’s cute and funny, actually. CNN didn’t like that and kept saying I was encouraging people to 'cheat' which made me talk more about Democrat voter fraud. They didn’t like that." - Homocon Hillbuzz founder Kevin DuJan, who was busted today by gossip site Jezebel for instructing teabaggers on how to thwart ABC's email voting system.

Commenters on Hillbuzz, Conservatives 4 Palin, and other sites reported being able to vote up to hundreds of times each using DuJan's tips. DuJan's cheating plot is now being reported across most news outlets including the New York Times and the Washington Post, with some calling on ABC to respond. His CNN appearance is scheduled for around 6pm this afternoon.

Operation Bristol Takes Another Victim

Thanks to a strong push on Twitter and on sites like Conservatives 4 Palin, the teabaggers tonight succeeded in advancing Bristol Palin to the finals on Dancing With The Stars. Booted off was the far superior Brandy, who had earned a perfect score from the judges on Monday night.

Bristol Palin: People Are Voting For Me Because I'm Untouched And Raw

Last night Bristol Palin's dancing partner directly addressed speculations that her presence in the DWTS semi-finals was due to Tea Party support, prompting Bristol to reply that she was there because voters found her "untouched, raw, and vulnerable." The pair has been at the bottom of the judges' scores for six weeks.

Operation Bristol

Teabaggers and homocons are burning up Twitter to remind everyone about tonight's "Operation Bristol," their campaign to make sure Sarah's daughter wins Dancing With The Stars. Because that will totally prove something to America!

Will Portia Same-Sex Dance On DWTS?

This morning Ryan Seacrest had a surprise for Mrs. Portia DeGeneres during a radio interview, announcing that she was under consideration to be Dancing With The Stars' first same-sex contestant.
"They're planning to feature a same-sex couple. You're at the top of the list," Ryan told her. "Goodness, you really do break news," Porita replied startled. But she didn't pass. "I'm not gonna pass, let me think about it," she told him. "I used to be a ballet dancer, it's not completely a pass. You never know."
This week a same-sex couple debuted as contestants on Israel's version of the show. Producers at the American version are reportedly monitoring the reaction of the Israeli public very closely.

This Is Why Bristol Is Still On DWTS

As is apparent to anybody who's seen her dancing, for which she's gotten the lowest scores from the judges on occasion, Bristol Palin remains on Dancing With The Stars thanks to the enormous GOTV effort that the teabaggers are running on Twitter. Even the show's producer admits as much.
The Tea Party wave that swept Republicans to a U.S. House majority may also be shielding Bristol Palin from elimination on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.” “There’s a strong popular movement behind Sarah Palin at the moment and she’s receiving a lot of support from the Tea Party,” Conrad Green, executive producer of the program, said in an interview. “It’s entirely possible some of those people are behind Bristol for political reasons.”
The homocons are in on it too, with GOProud supporters tweeting Bristol's voting number and Hillbuzz blogging last night: "Don’t forget to vote for Bristol Palin on Dancing with the Stars tonight! Remember to vote for her as much as possible during the show…and then vote for her the maximum number of times online at www.ABC.com!"

Kylie Minogue On DWTS

SORTA RELATED: This week Get Outta My Way becomes Kylie's fifth #1 single on Billboard's dance chart. Over in Britain, of course, her success has been far greater. To date she's notched 32 UK top ten pop singles, including six #1s. Kylie has only reached the top ten of the U.S. pop chart twice, with 1988's cover of Little Eva's 1962 smash The Loco-Motion (#3) and with 2001's summer earworm, Can't Get You Out Of My Head (#7).

Bristol Palin Gets All Non-Abstinenty On Dancing With The Stars

With her parents looking on from the audience, last night abstinence queen Bristol Palin ripped her partner's shirt off during their rumba on Dancing With The Stars. Palin scored poorly last week, but don't expect her to be voted off tonight as the teabaggers have launched a massive voting campaign on Twitter.

"The Gayest Thing Ever On DWTS"

Calling her dance one of "pride and coming out," last night Dancing With The Stars contestant Margaret Cho performed the samba to Barry Manilow's At The Copa while wearing a rainbow flag dress. The judges were uniformly unimpressed.

Sarah Palin Booed On DWTS

But only off camera. The host (or someone) apparently got the audience settled down before Palin actually was on screen.

In Today's Washington Post Express

I watch one episode and this is what happens? I'm sure Sarah Palin's teabagger drones don't read the WaPo Express, so we should be safe from her army of trolls on this. Real critics of the show who dissed Bristol's dancing haven't been so lucky.
