About 5% of the population are
short sleepers, folks who rarely get or need more than four hours of sleep to feel refreshed. I think I'm more of a shift-sleeper, as I typically grab my z's in two widely separated three hour blocks. (Not that I'm bothered by most of the things that
keep New Yorkers awake.) What's your story?
