Today's summit with GOP leaders at the White House was primarily about extending the Bush tax cuts and the START treaty. And it was attended by GOP leaders of the House, which has already approved the repeal of DADT. GOP Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell was also there, but he's one of the staunchest opponents of repealing DADT. So who, exactly, was the president supposed to be "advocating" to?
